bookvibeAI makes personalized Santa videos for children, ordered by their parents or guardians. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, who helps us process it, how long we keep it, and how you can have it deleted.
Who can use the form
The signup form is for parents and legal guardians only. Children should not fill it in. By submitting, you confirm you are the child's parent or guardian and agree to us using the details below to make your child's video.
What we collect
- About you (the parent): your first name and email address.
- About your child, only what you choose to share: first name, age, their #1 Christmas wish, and one thing they did that made you proud.
- If you buy a video: payment is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and your email, but we never see or store your full card number.
Please share first names only. Don't include last names, school, address, photos, or health details. We don't use advertising trackers or sell any data.
How we use it
- To make your child's free preview and, if you buy one, their personal Santa video.
- To email you the preview, a checkout link for the $9.99 personal video, and the finished video.
- To answer your questions and handle redo or refund requests.
We do not use your child's details for marketing, profiling, or training AI models, and we never sell or share them except with the service providers below, only to make and deliver your video.
Service providers we use
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
- Google (Google Forms / Google Sheets) receives and stores the signup form answers.
- Stripe processes payments for the $9.99 personal video.

How long we keep it
We delete your child's details and the signup answers by January 31, 2027. Stripe keeps payment records as required by law under its own policy. You can ask us to delete everything sooner at any time.
Your rights as a parent
- See what we have about you and your child.
- Correct it (for example, a misspelled name).
- Have it deleted at any time, including before the video is made. If you ask before paying, nothing is charged.
